Elina Danielian takes silver at the European Women's Chess Club Cup

The Luxembourg club CE Gambit Bonnevoie, for which Armenian grandmaster Elina Danielian plays, finished second at the 30th European Women's Chess Club Cup in Budva, Montenegro.

The team also included grandmaster Anna Ushenina of Ukraine, international masters Klaudia Kulon and Aleksandra Maltsevskaya of Poland and woman grandmaster Narmin Khalafova of Azerbaijan.

Danielian scored five points out of seven and won individual silver on board three.

Elina Danielian is one of Armenia's most decorated women chess players and has repeatedly played for Armenia at chess olympiads.
