Labor and Social Affairs Minister Arsen Torosyan outlined a proposed senior foster-care scheme on November 2. He said the 2027 draft budget envisages a model similar to foster care for children.

The scheme remains a budget proposal. The accompanying general budget hearing provides context, rather than instructions for accessing the service.
