Economic activity in Armenia grew by 6.5% in July

Armenia's economic activity index rose by 6.5% in July 2026 compared with July last year, and by 4.6% compared with the previous month.

Construction showed the strongest growth, up 26.5% year on year. Services grew by 17% and industry by 3.1%. Trade turnover fell by 0.1%.

Foreign trade turnover rose by 6.7%: exports fell by 15.7%, while imports increased by 21.5%.

Consumer prices in July were up 4.5% year on year.
