Ladaniva finish eighth at Eurovision in Malmö

The duo Ladaniva represented Armenia in the Eurovision 2024 final in Malmö, Sweden, with Jako and finished eighth. It is one of Armenia's best results in recent years.

The group's singer is Armenian Jaklin Baghdasaryan, and its musician and arranger is Frenchman Louis Thomas. Jako, performed in Armenian, combines folk motifs with Balkan and contemporary sounds.

The contest was won by Switzerland's Nemo with The Code. Croatia's Baby Lasagna came second and Ukraine third.

Ladaniva's performance was rated highly by viewers in many countries. Jako has climbed the charts of streaming platforms.
