Golden Apricot announces winners of its 23rd festival

The 23rd Golden Apricot Yerevan International Film Festival has ended at the Cinema House in Yerevan. The main prize of the international competition, the Golden Apricot, went to The Currents by director Milagros Mumenthaler.

The Silver Apricot was awarded to Past, Future, Continuous by Morteza Ahmadvand and Firouzeh Khosrovani. London by Sebastian Brameshuber received a special mention from the jury.

In the regional competition the winner was Inside Amir by Amir Azizi. The Silver Apricot and the FIPRESCI prize went to Dry Leaf by Alexandre Koberidze.

This year the festival joined the network of the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF).
